The specific scope of work for any job will be discussed and agreed upon with you prior to service, either verbally, by email, or in a written estimate.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if we determine that a job presents an unreasonable safety risk, requires equipment or expertise outside our normal scope of work, or if the property is not accessible as described.

Quotes and Pricing

Estimates provided over the phone, by email, or through our website are based on the information you provide and are subject to change once we have had the opportunity to assess the property in person. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition, size, or accessibility of the property differs from what was described at the time of the initial quote.

Any additional work requested beyond the original scope of the estimate, or any changes made once service has begun, may result in an adjusted price, which we will communicate to you before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and, where relevant, weather conditions. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a service. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement to reschedule for a later date.

Weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, or high winds may require us to reschedule a job for safety reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible if a weather-related rescheduling is necessary.

Access to Your Property

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas of your property that require cleaning at the scheduled appointment time. This may include unlocking gates, moving vehicles, or securing pets. If our team is unable to access the property as arranged, a trip fee or rescheduling fee may apply.

Please inform us in advance of any known hazards on the property, including but not limited to unstable surfaces, exposed wiring, aggressive animals, or fragile fixtures near the work area, so that our team can take appropriate precautions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking or invoicing. Late payments may be subject to a late fee, and unpaid balances may be referred to a collections process after a reasonable period.

Prices for our services are subject to change at any time, though any price change will not affect a quote that has already been provided and accepted for a scheduled job.

Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure a safe and successful service, we ask that you:

• Remove or secure any valuable, fragile, or sentimental items from the areas being cleaned
• Close and secure windows and doors near the cleaning area, where applicable
• Inform us of any known issues with the surfaces being cleaned, such as existing cracks, prior repairs, or areas of concern
• Keep children and pets away from the work area during service for their safety
• Notify us promptly of any concerns following service so that we can address them in a timely manner

Warranties and Limitations

We take care to use the appropriate method and pressure level for each surface we clean. However, some pre-existing conditions, such as aged or deteriorating paint, previously damaged surfaces, worn sealants, or degraded building materials, may become more visible or may be affected during the cleaning process, even when proper technique is used. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that become apparent as a result of routine cleaning.

Results from soft washing and algae or mold treatment can vary based on the severity of growth, the surface material, and local environmental conditions. While soft washing is designed to address the root cause of organic growth, we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe before regrowth may occur, as this depends on factors outside our control, such as weather, shade, and surrounding vegetation.

Limitation of Liability

CoastCraft Pressure Washing carries liability insurance and takes reasonable care to protect your property during every job. In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our work, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and work toward a resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us prior to service.
